Gaining Ability and Power

Like any rp there has to be a system in place for leveling up for gaining abilities and power. I am not goign as far as to create a combat system, I think you guys can use common sense and work that out amongst yourselves, however there will be levels and you can check on your progression in your personal character sheet, you can but don't have to fill that out but the Admin's will keep your level and level progression there. Every other level you gain you may pick a new rank in any dicipline that is available to you. How fast, how slow? How resiliant or how strong? That is your call, just remember no god moding.
